Our prestigious client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator, to join their team. You will have the opportunity to be part of a fantastic team and working culture in which full support and training will be provided to you. Your role will be to deliver high levels of customer service to their customers, working in an extremely varied role.
Offering a fantastic salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum plus a monthly bonus of up to £300 for delivering an exceptional service to their customers.

The role as a Customer Service Administrator:
* Communicating with customers daily through various channels, such as email, telephone etc.
* Providing excellent levels of customer service daily.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a changing workload.
* You will be taking payments and customer details over the phone.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers, to ensure they have a positive experience.
* General administration and logging information onto the CRM system.
* Working closely with the customer service team and manager throughout the day.
Skills and attributes required:
* Proven customer service experience.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* You will be a highly organised individual.
* The ability to build excellent working relationships.
* Confident telephone manner, with excellent written English.
