Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Magor
Salary: £50,000.00 plus benefits

Summary:
An experienced senior warehouse manager is required to join this FMCG distribution centre in South Wales. You will oversee all the operational activities of a large team whilst promoting a Health and Safety culture and maintaining high standards at all times in this customer centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage the warehouse operations and ensure output targets are met.
Manage 3 shift team managers and provide ongoing training and development.
Take responsibility for budget management.
Conduct team briefings.
Ensure Health and safety and other legal requirements are met at all times.
Contribute to the continuous improvement for the quality of operations.
Report accurate KPI information
Experience:

Excellent understanding of FMCG warehousing operations and compliance
Experience of volume and cost planning
WMS experience and PC skills
High level of initiative, focus and commitment.
Previous management of large teams c200 staff
