The Customer compliance technologist is responsible for accurately handling customer requirements from specifications and artwork though to queries and complaints whilst ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver customer specifications while ensuring compliance with legal, food safety, quality, and customer requirements.
* Manage customer queries, communications, and approval documentation, including maintaining customer systems.
* Coordinate accurate and compliant artwork generation and approval.
* Support key stakeholders in product introductions or changes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role in the Food industry.
* Experience working with major retailer specification systems.
* UK / EU Legal labelling training.
* Experience working with Sage/SAP or similar software.
* Desirable internal audit training
