The Construction Planner role

The Construction Planner responsibilities will include:

Work with both the pre-construction and delivery teams within the business

*

Working on major projects typically valued at £10-100 Million.

*

Involvement at an early stage developing construction programmes.

*

Supporting the delivery teams, ensuring projects are running according to programme.

*

Developing programmes using Asta planning software.

*

Use of company systems and procedures.

*

Identify and mitigate risks to the programme.

*

Ensure compliance with H&S and environmental requirements.

*

Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Required experience

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with the best Planners in the industry. A successful track record of working as a Planner for a main contractor who undertake projects valued in excess of £10 Million is essential and ideally you should hold an HNC or degree and in a construction related discipline.
