📍 Field-Based (This will be a mixture of UK travel and home working)

💷 Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + £4,000 Car Allowance

We're currently seeking an experienced Commercial & Competency Trainer to join our national Competency Training Team. 

In this role, you'll be dedicated to delivering effective training to upskill our current employees to be Funeral Plan Consultants. Your role will involve creating engaging training content, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure our colleagues are equipped to meet and exceed their goals.

What a day-to-day will look like in this role:

Maintain and embed the training scheme across the country, taking responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of the scheme are adhered to.
Conduct and document observations on telephone role-plays, providing constructive feedback and highlighting areas for development and business improvement whilst ensuring the sales process is followed.
Conduct 1-1’s with authorised sellers to discuss performance and KPIs, manage risks and drive better customer outcomes.
Create, implement and manage development plans with advisers to address performance issues, risks and development needs.
Provide coaching and development to improve customer outcomes and achieve business objectives as per FCA compliance.
Maintain comprehensive contact reports, meeting notes and visit logs and ensure these are communicated effectively to internal partiesWhat we're looking for:

✔️Full UK Driving License - UK travel will form a large part of this role.
✔️Has worked in a role similar to this or within a training environment previously.
✔️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organisation.
✔️ Has an analytical mindset and the ability to create innovative training solutions. 
✔️ Well-developed PC Literacy skills and ability to learn computer systems in a short space of time. 
✔️ Show a genuine interest in people, be open-minded, approachable, and willing to develop meaningful communication
✔️ Excellent planning and diary management skills are required with the ability to work independently of others and maximise time.What we offer:
