Are you an IT Support Technician, IT Graduate or similar looking for progression in the automotive industry working for a family run business that has gone from strength to strength since 1969 and now operate across 8 sites?

Do you want to excel in a varied position that offers technical training for IT Support as well as extended training within the car spares business?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business in a role that differs from your average IT job. This is a role that requires the individual to be flexible as they assist a business across IT, warehouse and admin responsibilities.

In this role you will assist the IT Manager with general IT Support and lend a hand in other departments when needed. This is the ideal position for a recent graduate or someone looking for their first office based role.

The ideal IT Support technician will be proficient in troubleshooting problems on 365 and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook etc).

THE ROLE:

Supporting the IT Manager and office team with IT Support
Lending a hand with data entry for the admin team and warehouse team when needed
Full cross departmental training and progression into more senior rolesTHE PERSON:

Keen interest to grow in a growing IT Department
Strong troubleshooter, knowledge or SQL, 365, etc
