Join the Claims team at a leading Uk insurance company based in Coventry, and become a part of an organisation dedicated to settling valid claims for policyholders and clients worldwide. As a Claims Engineer, you will focus on Mechanical, Electrical, High Voltage claims, and GAP Insurance programmes.

💼 Responsibilities:

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

🚗 A strong technical knowledge of all types of motor vehicles, including E.V vehicles.
Previous experience in the Automotive Industry, preferably with a Premium Brand (not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proactive learner with a passion for personal development.
IT literate, proficient in email and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve shared goals.
Efficiently manage and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Fluency in either French or German (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in English and Mathematics at a minimum of GCSE level.
NVQ3 qualification in Automotive Light Mechanical Repair Technology with more than 5 years of experience.
High Voltage Knowledge and Capability in both Repair and Systems.
Core understanding of Warranty Policy and Procedures from any OEM Manufacturer.✨ Benefits & Perks:
