MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR - 3 TO 4 DAYS PER WEEK

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Management Surveyor to enhance their team. Operating from their comfortable Worcestershire officeS, the role involves managing property portfolios across the UK.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally in property management or related professional work.
RICS Qualified (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and legal frameworks for professional property management.
Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations.
Commercial acumen and client management experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
Commitment to ongoing training and development.
Proficient in report writing.
Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a professional team.
