Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 Per annum

A Leading and Award Winning House Builder is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team for a traditional development project in Stoke on Trent. With a solid financial position and a robust pipeline of future projects, this company provides excellent growth opportunities, aiming to promote the Assistant Site Manager to a Site Manager role within 12 months on a new development.

Job Duties:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site operations
Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades
Maintain quality control and monitor progress of construction
Manage site personnel and provide guidance as needed
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and team members

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
CSCS card
First Aid certification
Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ Level 4 in Construction or related field

Required Experience:

2+ years experience as an Assistant Site Manager
New build housing experience - traditional build desired
