Quality and Warranty Administrator

We are recruiting for a Quality and Warranty Administrator for a multinational automotive technology company that is leading the field in carbon-free combustion.
As part of the dynamic quality team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the warranty and quality systems. You will ensure that all customer warranty and quality cases are processed on time and accurately.
What they are offering:
* A basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000.
* Bonus of 8%
* Additional 6% employer contributions (capped at 9%)
* 25 days holidays
* Hybrid working. 2 days office based, 3 days remote.
The role:
* Receive and review warranty and quality cases.
* Verify the validity of warranty and quality cases.
* Ensure timely processing of warranty and quality cases.
* Issue credit notes directly to customers where applicable.
* Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, maintaining good relationships.
* Be able to demonstrate sound judgement and analytical decision-making.
* Generate reports using predefined methods for management review when requested.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience within an automotive warranty controller or quality control role.
* Basic automotive product knowledge is preferred but not essential.
* Experience of using DMS, Tec Doc and SAP systems preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally.
* Works on own initiative but also contributes positively when working as a team.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
