Position Overview: As a Night Shift Transport Administrator at our site in Doncaster, you will be essential in maintaining the smooth and compliant operation of our transport services. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all legal obligations related to transport are met while upholding company fleet management policies. This position operates on a 4 on 4 off schedule from 1800 to 0600.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate the night shift transport operations, including scheduling of vehicles and drivers.

* Ensure all transport activities comply with relevant legal regulations and company policies.

* Oversee driver compliance, including monitoring of driving hours and adherence to tachograph regulations.

* Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.

* Communicate effectively with drivers and other stakeholders to address operational issues and provide support.

* Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of transport personnel.

* Collaborate with the day shift transport team to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.

* Implement and enforce health and safety protocols within the transport department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in transport administration or a related field.

* Strong understanding of transport regulations and compliance requirements.
