IT Support Engineer – Sheffield
£25,000 - £28,000 + potential bonuses and great benefits
 
My client is a growing and reputable business who are looking to expand their UK-based IT Support team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will act as the first point of contact for  IT support, providing effective end user support at local and remote sites within agreed SLAs.
 
As a trusted IT Support Analyst, your role will involve a number of different aspects including helpdesk support, networking, server management, workstation setup and general system monitoring. You will have the opportunity to expand on your technical skills as part of a supportive and friendly team.
 
This role will be primarily based on-site with some flexibility for the right candidate.
 
Package:

£25,000 - £28,000 basic DOE

Experience:

Previous experience in an IT Support role
Microsoft 365 suite
Understanding of ITIL
Understanding of a variety of software + hardware
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
