Team Manager

Our client are a leading Financial outsourcing business based in Sheffield and now seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to join the team.The role will provide guidance and coaching to the department team and Team Leaders and provide strategic analysis and reporting for senior management.

The Team Manager will be responsible for:

* Managing, motivating and leading the team to success

* Analyse the team's day to day performance

* Performance manage the team to reach their full potential

* Identify developmental needs within the team and put plans in place to make improvements

* Celebrate the success of individuals and encourage Team leaders to fulfil their potential

* Ensure all key performance indicators are met effectively

The ideal candidate for the role of Team Manager will be:

* Previous Team Leader or management experience

* Ability to motivate yourself and others to achieve company targets

* Excellent communication skills both written/verbal

* Ability to problem solve and think creatively

* Excellent time management

* Ability to prioritise own workload as well as team's workload

* Must be a fantastic team player

* Attention to Detail

* Able to conduct yourself in a professional manner and passionate about providing a great service and support to the business
