Job Description: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with us, you will:
Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.
Salary: $115k to $130k per year
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marriage and Therapy from an accredited program
Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state
Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services
Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice
