Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering designs and plans
Conduct engineering analysis and calculations to ensure safety and efficiency of designs
Prepare and review technical reports and documents
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers
Participate in client meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients
Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida
Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Proficiency in engineering design software and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Client-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
