Career Coach (Paid Position)- IN person, Part Time

Job Description
Passion for Life (PFL) seeks individuals to serve as Career Coaches for the organization. This role helps middle and high school students identify passions and skills and explore career options that will lead to a career aligned with their passion. In this role, the Career Coach will facilitate an in-person interactive workshop, lead small group coaching sessions with youth to help them identify their career interests, and develop a career exploration plan.  This role is excellent for people who love and have the patience to help people reach their full potential. It is a perfect opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students who desire counseling, career coaching, and community service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 Guide students in identifying personal interests, core strengths, and career goals 
Lead and facilitate high energy group sessions based on provided workshop script with students on topics that aid in self-discovery and career exploration and planning
Passion for Life abides by COVID-19 safety guidelines released by the CDC, and our coaches are also expected to do so.
