The role
We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn, flexible, self-motivated, driven and delivers excellent customer service. We are open minded and look for someone with a vibrant personality, tenacity and someone who has experience in sales/customer service on the phones or face to face.

Aim of the role
To contact new prospects via outbound and inbounds calls to obtain quotations and will focus specifically on Commercial insurance.
Responsibilities
* Identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company and reduce costs.
* Delivering good outcomes for customers and putting the customer’s interests first.
* Ensure the customer understands what we sell and support the customer in anyway you can.
* Lead generation - Prospecting clients via inbound and outbound calls.
* Searching for local business close to branches.
* Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
* Record the customers personal information accurately on the database.
* Go the “extra mile” to meet quote targets.
