Job Summary
The Account Executive generates new residential real estate title/escrow business through contact with attorneys, realtors, lenders, and builders. This role also provides support to existing clients and manages a book of business.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals by employing results-focused business development practices
Establish positive and proactive relationships with clients
Keep accurate records of sales presentations, cold calls and other appointments
Deliver effective sales presentations to individuals or groups
Be available for networking and real estate association events
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of title experience
5 years sales experience in real estate related services
College degree preferable
