Bartender (Hourly) - Roister

Roister is looking for a full-time Bartender to join our team! The Bartender is an important part of the team, creating a memorable cocktail experience for our guests. This is a full time position, paid hourly, and candidates must be willing to work 40+ hours, 5 days a week. 
Roister elevates comforting, rustic dishes with fine dining techniques, global flavors, and fresh, seasonal ingredients. It offers a casual and approachable environment with its open, hearth-focused kitchen. This setting invites guests into the action and chefs into service, culminating in an exciting, dynamic, and delicious experience every night.
Responsibilities
Creates cocktails and beverages for guests
Adheres to alcohol serving regulations
Actively participates in the positive relationship between FOH and BOH teams by maintaining a steady stream of communication with the entire team
Audits the bar space for compliance with health department requirements of food and beverage safety
Quality checks ingredients and all drink components before and during service to ensure a successful execution of the beverage menu 
Stores and maintains ingredients, bottles, glassware and service pieces precisely 
Resolves guests complaints/queries satisfactorily
Providing a full dining experience to the guests seated at the bar, requiring comprehensive menu knowledge
Requirements
1 or more years experience as a bartender, or related position 
Ability to work in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment
High attention to detail 
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team 
Thinks clearly, quickly, and maintains concentration during high pressure situations
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours 
Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 35 pounds
Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift

Competitive hourly wage at $20.50 - $21.00/hour
