Job Description:
As an entry level Engineer in our roadway design group, you will play a vital role in the design and plan production for a variety of transportation projects, including urban and rural roadway design.
Collaborate with Project Managers to contribute to the design and plan production of transportation engineering projects.
Assist in data collection, technical analyses, and documentation under supervision.
Support client interactions and participate in presentations.
Utilize computer-assisted engineering software (MicroStation and/or AutoCAD) to prepare engineering and design documents.
Perform job-specific quality system tasks as outlined in the quality manual.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
0 to 5 years of Transportation Engineering experience; prior experience or internships in Transportation Engineering or related fields are advantageous.
FE/EI certification is desirable.
Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar word processing and spreadsheet software.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clear motor vehicle record.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $88,000 annually. The actual offer will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
