Position Details
As a Growth Marketing Manager at SPOTIO, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects throughout the customer journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and contribute to SPOTIO’s continued success. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of driving successful demand generation campaigns and initiatives, with a strong emphasis on owning and achieving measurable metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven demand generation strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation programs across multiple channels, such as email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and events, to attract and engage potential customers. Track performance of inbound leads across channels to ensure a 30%+ lead to close conversion.
Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to build and manage lead nurturing campaigns, segment leads, and score leads for sales handoff.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing metrics to optimize strategies continually. Present regular reports to the Head of Marketing, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with other marketing team members to identify and implement CRO strategies to improve landing pages, website forms, and other touchpoints in the conversion funnel. 
ABM (Account-Based Marketing): Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns targeting high-value accounts with the necessary tools and resources to engage with leads.
Requirements
4+years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with a proven track record of driving leads and revenue growth.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
Experience with SEM/SEO strategies/practices. 
Experience with Google Analytics & SEM Rush.
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Creative thinking and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
