Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician
Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans
Provide basic nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and vital signs monitoring
Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Document patient information accurately and maintain meticulous records
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective and comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and self-care techniques
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an LPN
Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software
Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare environments and travel to various locations
BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Assignment location: Camden, Maine
Job Title:T-LPN
Length of assignment:14 weeks
Time Schedule: 6:45am-7:15pm
Pay rate: $1,296 -$1,368 @36 hrs per Week
Stipend: upto $800/weekly
Sign on Bonus: paid one time on 2nd or 3rd paycheck
License Required: Maine License
Required: BLS Certificate
Housing Assistant: Provided
