Senior Cost Accountant

Job Description
Main Job Purpose
Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial operations, trends and costs, revenues, administrative commitments and obligations incurred; prepares financial reports and estimates future revenues and expenditures.
Primary Responsibilities – Includes, but are not limited to, the following:
Prepares business case calculations
Provide guidance to ensure accurate planning
Explain variances at gateways and present financial impact on profitability
Monitor and explain all manufacturing cost aspects, including material, process, and overhead
Make recommendations to Sales and Program Management
Make / Buy Analysis
Product line reporting and profitability analysis
Ad hoc requests from Sales and Program Management 
Support the use and maintenance of SAP-modules and its integration in processes
Assist and support on Project Controlling and Investment Controlling (CapEx) topics
