Job Description
Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts
Assess and manage pain and non-pain related syndromes including psychosocial distress.
Develop individualized care plans for patients including the integration of emotional and spiritual needs.
Assist with complex decision-making regarding therapies and treatment options that align with goals of care.
Develop patient/family support systems and resources.
