What you will be doing:
Candidate will be responsible for accepting and responding to all incoming calls, and transferring calls to the appropriate extensions. 
Other responsibilities include taking room service food orders and inputting orders in Silverware POS System, assisting with e-mailing of guest folio receipts, and handling of guest inquiries and issues via the telephone. 
Must have strong attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills. 
Enrolling guests in our ALL Accorhotel frequent guest program.
Handling all guest inquiries and requests, as well as providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay.
Candidate should be able to deliver luxury phone service, cordial, efficient, and professional.
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
