Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
·       Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
·       Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
·       Generate sales appointments
·       Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience
·       Effectively utilize lead management tools
·       Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis
·       Perform other job-related duties as assigned
·       Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
Sales commission: 33K-80K Draw Vs Commission
(The Sales Position has a draw of $2822.00 per month that is netted against the  commissions and bonuses earned with the settlement check paid by the 10th of the following month. Commissions are based on a tiered system with the top end limited only by your drive and the number of cars you can sell. Along with the commissions earned from selling cars a Sales Person can also earn $50.00 per car once they earn a qualifying CSI score.)
