Warehouse Teamlead

Key activities and responsibilities • Operational support Assist in managing daily warehouse operations to ensure they meet required service levels and quality standards. Provide support in strengthening the operational base. • Assist with compliance Help ensure compliance with local health & safety, regulatory and hazardous materials regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Support staff training on safety and compliance. • Team collaboration Work with the Warehouse Supervisor and team members to facilitate a positive working environment. Assist with team development and coaching initiatives. • Performance tracking Participate in employee engagement and development surveys, staffing and performance reviews. • SOP compliance Support the maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the warehouse in accordance with ISO 13485, under the guidance of the Operations Manager. • KPI monitoring Contribute to the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) within designated areas. • Warehouse layout and design Assist in implementing layout and equipment recommendations from the Operations Manager to support business growth and efficiency. • LEAN principles Learn and support LEAN initiatives within the warehouse, with a focus on 5S and continuous improvement. Will you be our new Teamlead at Stryker in Venlo? With a salary between €2650 and €3150 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek. The more experience in this position, the higher your salary! In addition, your travel expenses will be reimbursed at € 0.23 per kilometer up to a maximum of 30 km (one way). We are looking for an active Teamlead at Stryker in Venlo for 40 hours per week! Are you the person we need? You have strong leadership qualities and an excellent structured way of working. You are communicatively strong and able to handle change flexibly. Profile • Minimum of MBO 3 or equivalent, preferably with some post-secondary education or vocational training;

• Good command of the English language in word and writing. Dutch language is an advantage;

• Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse management;

• Experience in managerial work;

• Administrative skills (good knowledge of Microsoft Excel);

• Available in day shift with possibility of 2-shift system in the future. Competences • A desire to learn and grow within the organization;

• Strong communication and team skills;

• A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks;

• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Processing time recording and staff scheduling;
