First Achieve's Engineering Division are seeking an Commercial Operations Manager for their client who are a Fabrication business based in Manchester.
The Commercial Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across our commercial functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of commercial processes, and a passion for driving business success.
The Role:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Analyse and improve commercial processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives that drive sales growth.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and budgeting processes.Successful Candidate:
Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and financial analysis.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
