Role: Software Analyst
Employment Type: 1099 Contract (6 months)

Pay Rate: $60 - $72 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
We're seeking an experienced Software Analyst for our federal client! You will play a pivotal role in delivering customized web applications to users with accurate data and information, ensuring smooth operations across enterprise systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop knowledge and understanding of client applications and technologies in need of support.
Troubleshoot systems, databases, and user issues, as needed.
Identify system defects based on technical analysis of system and customer issues. Resolve more technically complex issues received from other technical staff.
Using client-approved software/technology, develop and modernize legacy applications.
Develop knowledge base, standard operating procedures and support to improve IT service support, as required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years of experience in software development.
Advanced proficiency in Java, Java Spring Framework, VueJS, AJAX, .Net Core 2.1 Entity Framework, and Oracle/PostgreSQL databases.
Knowledge of and experience implementing Java Portlet Specification 2.0 (JSR 286).
Experience developing on Liferay platform.
Active Tier-2 Public Trust (MBI).
