Preservation Driver

ViaSun Corporation is seeking a reliable and experienced Preservation Driver to join our team. As a Preservation Driver, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering construction and preservation equipment and materials, ensuring their safe and timely arrival at designated destinations.
Key responsibilities:
Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and regulations.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, wear PPE within designated areas, and ensure proper handling and securing of equipment and materials.
Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while maximizing fuel efficiency.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, reporting any issues to management.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, delivery confirmations, and any incidents.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive interactions with clients and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
To qualify for this role, you should have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Previous experience as a driver in a similar role is preferred. You must be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently while adhering to tight schedules.

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL driver's license and DOT medical card is required.
Minimum 2 years experience as a driver in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and willingness to work flexible hours to meet project schedules.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
