Operations/Facilities Manager
Alexander Associates are working with a launch vehicle engineering company who are seeking an Operations/Facilities Manager.
The Operations/Facilities Manager will manage a team of aerospace professionals and report directly to the Head of Engineering.
The ideal candidate will have strong management/leadership skills and have technical experience to guide the team and provide technical assistance in various complex pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Operations/Facilities manager essential experience & skills:
* Experience in operating and maintaining PSSR high-pressure fluid systems or industrial feed systems firsthand.
* Experience managing/leading teams.
* Experience in overseeing dynamic operations, leading and inspiring teams to achieve success.
* Ability to maintain relationships and liaise with key stake holders.
* Thorough familiarity and clear understanding, along with evident acknowledgment, of Health and Safety regulations.
* Understanding of components and instrumentation within high-pressure feed systems compliant with UK PSSR regulations.
* Experience in identifying and procuring pneumatic/hydraulic components according to technical specifications.
* Familiarity with hazardous systems and regulations such as COMAH, ATEX, DSEAR, and COSHH
