What You'll Do
Lead complex cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery while navigating ambiguous situations
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to establish and maintain strategic alignment, communicate project status, and manage expectations
Develop and implement program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics that align with executive-level expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members, including executive leaders, to ensure effective collaboration
Proactively manage risk and resolve complex issues that may impact project schedules and budgets
Adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and contribute to the maturation of the team
Act as a driving force in the development and growth of the organization, defining processes, policies, and best practices to enhance project delivery and efficiency
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring and coaching project teams, providing guidance, and sharing best practices to ensure project success
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years management experience (bonus if it's within a related field to complex engineering/automotive)
Evidence of exceptional communication, presentation, and business writing skills, including being able to liaise with stakeholders at various levels
The ability to make sense of complexity and present compelling data-driven stories and solutions that resonate with stakeholders
BONUS POINTS
Experience with electric vehicle manufacturers - including validating, cleaning, and reporting on data
Experience working with engineering data, change management, and implementation with Bills of Materials, Master Parts Lists, and more
Experience with tools such as:
Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
Smartsheet
3DX
SAP
Jama
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Onsite 5 days a week
Travel (15%~ based on project)
Benefits
A starting salary of $110,000-$130,000
24 paid vacation days, 12 paid sick days, 401(k), 10~ paid federal holidays, 2 wellbeing days
