Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Primary Care

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Fri 8-12:30. No holidays or call.
Our Practice
We are a small private practice that offers top notch care to women. We have Primary care, OBGYN, Midwives.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Primary Careto perform the full scope of Primary Care.
Perform annual physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of our primary care patients.
Perform routine clinical procedures independently including wart removal, paps smears, IUD removal, IUD/Nexplanon placement and skin lesion removals.
Care for the acute and chronic needs of patients.
Complete inbasket tasks
Requirements
Education:
Must have: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Work Experience:
Preferred - One (1) years of relevant clinical experience.
Preferred- One (1) year of relevant OBGYN clinic experience.
 
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum –
If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as an NP in Family, Adult, or Primary Care.
If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification
Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
