Job Title: Automotive Recruitment Consultant
Location: Sunderland (SR2)​
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week (Flexible Hours)
Salary: Up to £28,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus - OTE £40k plus.
We are an Automotive Recruitment business with over 50 years’ experience in the Automotive
Sector and 20 years in Recruitment. We specialise in recruiting all roles within the Automotive Sector all over the UK.
As a specialist recruiter within the automotive sector, you will be instrumental in shaping the workforce that drives this cutting-edge industry forward. Your role will involve identifying and attracting top-tier talent, adept at navigating the rapidly evolving technological landscape. You will be the catalyst for successful careers and the architect of robust teams, playing a key role in the success of a diverse range of automotive businesses.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of the automotive sector, combined with a proven track record in recruitment. Your ability to build lasting relationships, both with clients and candidates, will be paramount. Strong communication skills, a flair for negotiation, and a relentless drive to succeed are essential qualities that will set you apart in this competitive field.
Required Skills.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, with a preference for those with automotive sector knowledge.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Adept at negotiating and influencing. - Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong IT skills with experience of using a CRM and using social media for recruitment purposes
