This is where we support manufacturing and quality operations to run in a lean and flawless manner to ensure reliable supply of our vaccines to people in 90% of the worlds countries. Different challenges arise at every stage, so every working day is different. These challenges might include engineering design, installing, qualifying and ramping up a new production or support machinery or automation assets, helping to plan and execute advanced maintenance methodologies, increasing manufacturing process robustness and manufacturing right first time, or performing engineering changes and asset life cycle management. This Mechanical/Electrical discipline is engaged in every project we manage from small revamping to new green field building. This transversal role will aim us to have cross functional interactions not only with other engineering disciplines but also with R & D, production, quality assurance, quality control and EHS departments. This discipline deals also with design standard improvements to propose new technical solutions meeting optimal total cost of ownership (i.e. Capital and Operational Expenditures optimal balance) and environmental sustainability objectives. This discipline plays a key role to improve reliability by design of the machines e.g. data driven maintenance program on washing machines using advanced analytics. This means, by data analyses, be able to predict the need of machine maintenance. This program will provide a robust career foundation building technical expertise within the following specific engineering discipline: mechanical/electrical. Youll have three stretching rotations, within the chosen discipline, that will give you an insightful experience into the engineering side of our vaccines manufacturing and quality business. Through these placements, youll develop your expertise in engineering concepts and procedures, in one of the disciplines, while broadening your global business perspective. Upon successful completion of the development program, you will be placed in an engineering position at your home site in Hamilton, Montana. What will you do?
