Job Description
Specific Responsibilities:
Owner of payroll process for Marion and Supply Chain Facilities. Includes weekly payroll upload, configuring new hires into ADP, enrolling new employees in time clock, sending tax change request forms. 
Conducts recruiting for hourly positions. This includes posting jobs, sourcing resumes, completing phone screens, and scheduling onsite interviews.
Assists with answering general questions from workforce regarding policies and procedures.
Coordinates temporary staffing including primary point of contact for staffing agencies, submitting temp staffing payroll, keeping headcount sheet updated, processing temporary invoices, scheduling and assisting with temporary interviews.
Coordinates employee events.
Executes plants Charitable Giving Program and coordinates volunteering efforts.
Provides administrative support for Leadership. 
Files documents to support Safety, Quality, Production, and Human Resources.
Ordering, maintaining, and stocking of office, coffee, copier, kitchen and additional supplies as needed for the Marion Campus.
Sort and distribute the daily US mail and overnight deliveries; post all outgoing mail; and all return receipt/certified letters; maintain postage machine.
Point of contact for Pest Control, Water Deliveries, Cleaning Company, Vending, and Employee Uniforms for Marion Campus.
Assists with maintaining visitor badges and contractor documents.
Owner and driver of Plant Training Matrix, supports administration of on the job training initiatives for hourly workforce.
Leads new hire orientations for both Safety and Human Resources.
May conduct/lead EHS related trainings. 
Tracks safety committee participation. 
Provides additional support for EHS Manager as requested.
Other duties as assigned by Leadership.
