Initial 3 month opportunities - potential to extend
We have immediate opportunities for experienced electrical design engineers who are seeking new contract opportunities, working on site at a large scale manufacturing plant in Sweden.
You will be working on installed manufacturing equipment, comparing existing electrical drawings with actual physical equipment and making the appropriate updates and amendments as needed. This is also known as 'red lines'
Responsibilities:
* Ability to read, interpret and update electrical drawings, blueprints and schematics
* Input into the electrical layout of manufacturing equipment
* Contribute to electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
* Make suggestions for improvements to electrical systems
* Work with continuous improvement in mind at all times
* Ensure wiring meets the Electrical Safety Code
Required experience/skills:
* 3+ years experience of working with, updating and creating electrical drawings
* A proven ability to meet project deadlines
* An ability to work within a wider engineering team but with the ability to work autonomously
* Experience of working in a large scale manufacturing environment and on production machinery
* A willingness to be flexible in your approach to work
