Quantity Surveyor - Restoration

Job Overview: As a Restoration Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assessing, estimating, and managing costs related to the restoration and renovation of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed within budget while meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare project CVR every month; compare tender stage value, up to date project cost and predict final value.
* Preparing procurement schedule for the project manager, issue Sub-contractor Order, issue subcontractor’s interim payment certificate, and prepare monthly valuation to the client.
* Identify any variations, preparing additional works quotation or any adjustment for the omitted items.
* Preparing BOQs for individual packages and tender document, comparison quotations received and carefully select sub-contractors
