Belmont recruitment are looking to speak with experienced substance misuse workers with a background in safeguarding working with young people and families within the NHS at a service located in Surrey.
Your main duties for this role will include;
* Developing personalized recovery plans for individuals, focusing on their strengths and needs.
* Managing a caseload with complex service users, including safeguarding, mental health, and substance abuse issues.
* Conducting key working and group sessions, managing diaries, and maintaining records.
* Collaborating with social work colleagues and attending various meetings and supervisions.
* Providing cover for senior practitioners and acting as a point of contact for social workers.
* Referring to other services and working with partnership agencies.
* Providing clinical care for substance misuse, including opiate substitution therapy.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining clinical records.
You muse have access to a vehicle as the role will involve travelling to several locations within the Surrey area.
The working hours will be 9-5, Monday to Friday amounting to 37.5 hours per week.
You will also need an enhanced DBS on the update service.
