Payroll Administrator

Our client is an Accountancy and Professional Services firm. They currently seek a Payroll Administrator to join their existing corporate benefits team and support employers/employees with a variety of schemes that they operate.

On a day-to-day basis the employment benefits team runs over 100 different schemes for thousands of employees. The Payroll Administrator will have responsibilities including; processing any number of queries from either employee or employer via phone, email or letter. Issuing new joiner instructions to employees or simply updating the company database with any changes.

Of more importance though is that the Payroll Administrator will be a professional, calm voice of authority when dealing with all relevant parties regarding their benefits and personal finance.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and starting salary of 25k-30k is provided depending upon experience. Due to office location, the successful applicant will need to be a car driver.
