Are you an Assistant Accountant seeking your next contract opportunity?
Venture Recruitment Partners are partnering with a high-growth SME in Bournemouth who are seeking to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities include:
Processing of all Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger invoices to SAGE ensuring correct coding.
Ensuring all invoices and purchase orders are correctly approved before being processed for payment.
Monthly Reconciliation of supplier statements.
Processing of all employees’ expenses
Processing of all credit card charges.
Ensuring all Purchase Invoices match approved purchase orders.
Maintenance of the Aged Creditor Reports, preparation of payment runs, sending out remittances.
Daily Bank Entries and Bank reconciliations.
Resolving all queries quickly and efficiently
Liaising will all aspects of the business on purchase ledger matters
Skills/Experience:
Good Excel skills
Sage system experience
Bank Reconciliations experience
Available at short notice
