Prospero Teaching is collaborating with several Primary Schools in Southampton and the surrounding area, seeking passionate KS2 Teachers to commence in September 2024.
Key Responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences to KS2 students.
Crafting engaging and stimulating lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
Tailoring lessons to accommodate the individual learning styles of each student.
Cultivating a nurturing and dynamic learning environment that encourages student growth.
Maintaining meticulous records of pupil progress and achievements.
Participating actively in staff meetings, parent evenings, and school functions.
Requirements for the Primary Teacher Role:
Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Previous experience teaching in either KS1 or KS2.
ECT application encouraged
Understanding of the national curriculum.
Excellent classroom management abilities.
Ability to inspire and motivate students toward academic success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to ongoing professional development.
A proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location - Southampton
Contract type - Long term
Full time/part time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - £130 per day
