Clinic Administrator responsibilities:
Main duties will include: greeting clients, interacting with clients in person or via phone and email, including: confirming appointments. contacting clients for follow up appointments, answering queries and requests. Acting as liaison with staff / patients
* Customer service / administrative work
* Data entry
* Processing payments as well as selling to clients when needed
* Maintaining clinical diaries, keeping reception and office organised .
* Maintaining our social media presence and front house house keeping
Clinic Administrator role:
* Pay rate of 12.50 per hour, paid monthly. 2% commissions on sales depending on performance
* Work hours: 10am - 6pm, 5 days per week
Clinic Administrator requirements
* 2 years experience
* Beneficial to have experience in social media management
