My client is a leading principle contractor with multiple live projects across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Facade Manager to manage the roofing, scaffolding, windows and brickwork of a £62 million development based in Cambridgeshire.
Your main responsibilities will be predominantly managing all different aspects of the roofing works of the development.
My client has ongoing work and perm opportunities available.

Facade Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Holding meetings, liaising with the client
• Managing trades and labour
• Emails
• Working in accordance to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing sub contractors.
• Providing progress reports
Facade Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Experienced in a facade manager position for competitor principle contractors
• Experienced in roofing works, scaffolding and windows packages.
• 8+ years management experience
