Medacs Healthcare is proud to be playing an integral part in delivering a new Functional Assessment Services contract on behalf of the UK Department for Work and Pensions. The contract will involve the delivery of more than 3.5 million health and disability assessments nationally over a period of 5 years.

Following several years of successfully supporting the previous Health Assessment Advisory Service, Medacs is now expanding service in our existing North England focus region supporting the regional prime provider of the new service.

Medacs Healthcare, a leader in health assessment services, is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to enhance the dynamic team. This pivotal role offers the chance to implement innovative and solution-focused training within a collaborative and proficient environment.

You will be working in a hybrid flexible manner incorporating travelling to and working from the Medacs sites in Yorkshire and North East England.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the training department and stakeholders to develop and refine training content
Facilitate training sessions utilising diverse instructional strategies
Continuously update and enhance our suite of procedural documentation
Forge and sustain relationships across all company levels
Support the continuous training and development of our platform

ABOUT YOU:

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Proficiency in L&D tools and professional development resources
Competence in MS software with the aptitude for mastering new technologies
Experience in deploying large-scale training initiatives
Preferably knowledgeable in healthcare, with a history of meeting deadlines within a structured and quantifiable setting
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and contribute to a team environment
Versatility in instructional methods and the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of each
Organized, self-motivated, with exemplary communication skills
Capable of prioritising tasks and adhering to schedules
