General Manager - Hospitality

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations and ensure the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for hospitality.
 The base salary is 38,000 with a 20% bonus and Tronc accounts for about 13k- 15k .
 
Responsibilities:
·Oversee daily restaurant operations.
·Manage and mentor staff.
·Ensure exceptional customer service.
·Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
·Develop and implement operational policies.
·Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation.
·Plan and execute marketing activities.
·Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
·Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
·Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
·Financial acumen with experience in budgeting.
·Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
