Seeking a Line Chef / Grill Chef for a brand-new authentic Mexican Taco Street Food (QSR) Quick Service Restaurant in Soho. The new restaurant brings local taco culture from the streets of Mexico City to London's exciting SOHO dining scene. A young, fun, vibrant, fast-paced business looking for a passionate, fun-loving, and ambitious chef to join the kitchen team.

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Line Chef, Grill Chef, Chef de Partie or Cook. Experience with Mexican food would be amazing, but is not necessary, as there will be full training on how to prepare every recipe from scratch.

This Line Chef / Grill Chef job will be working in an open customer-facing kitchen, cooking, grilling, preparing, and serving our delicious menu of authentic tacos, including handmade tortillas and salsas. You will also help when needed on the customer counter. You must have a good personal presentation, and we are specifically looking for candidates who can demonstrate energy, a happy fun-loving outlook, and a passion for delivering excellent products and customer service to every customer. Your personality will add to creating a real buzz and fun working environment for the whole team, so we are looking for energy, friendliness, reliability, and laughter.
