We have an exciting opportunity for a HR and Recruitment Administrator to join our client, an established and hard working local organisation based in the Blackpool area. This is an initial 3 month contract but may have the opportunity to be made a permanent position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Post job advertisements on various platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and appealing to potential candidates.
* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and criteria set by the hiring managers.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
* Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems with candidate information, interview schedules, and feedback from hiring managers.
* Assist in organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
* Conduct reference and background checks on candidates as required, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards
* Support new employees and generating onboarding and compliance documents
* Provide support and signposting on general HR queries in line with Company HR policies and procedures, escalating queries to the Assistant HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner where necessary
* Support the Assistant HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner to drive HR projects, including, employee engagement and wellbeing activities
* Send out and follow up on exit surveys as part of the leaver process
Candidate critera:
Minimum of 2 years Administration experience
Microsoft Office compliant
Excellent communication skills
Experience within a HR/Recruitment team desirable
