Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (£28,000 OTE)

Our client is a reputable legal firm with a strong presence in the industry. They are currently seeking a Client Coordinator to join their team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to develop their career in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Include:

Contact and engage with potential clients to explain services and benefits.
Communicate effectively through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Support clients through their journey with the business, providing assistance where needed
Establish strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Updating the company's database with accurate information
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as requiredIdeal Candidate:

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ideally experience within a professional services environment
