Head of Family Law

Job Title: Family Solicitor / Head of Department
Location: Cardiff / Hybrid/Remote
Salary: Circa £45K - £55K DOE and PQE
Hours: Full Time, flexible hours available. Part Time is also considered.

Firm Details:
I've partnered with a multi-practice firm based in Cardiff who are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to head up this department. This is a smaller firm but the team is highly experienced, has a fabulous reputation and offers you the flexibility to work to your own schedule. As long as you are attending to client's needs and completing core hours, they offer a flexible way of working and trust their employees to work from home.

Duties:
* Manage a caseload of Private Family Law matters primarily consisting of Divorce, Financial and some Child arrangements. However, the more the department grows, you are able to take on other Private Family Law files.
* Grow the department. Expand.
* No Legal Aid work, all Private.
* You will have the autonomy to make this department your own.
* The firm already has existing clients but they would like someone to build on this.
* There is no ceiling here! You can progress further and further.

Experience Required:
* Highly experienced in Family Law, Primarily Private.
* Qualified solicitor or equivalent.
* Ability to run a department and have plans on how to expand and grow this further.
* Experience managing a department or growing a department is desirable but not essential. This is also a great opportunity for a Solicitor to progress in their career.
* Friendly can do attitude and motivated to help expand the firm.
